Abstract

The room occupancy rate (TPK) for star hotels in Maluku in February 2021 reached 41.10 percent, an increase of 9.54 points compared to January 2021. When compared to the TPK in February 2020 which was recorded at 38.16, the TPK for star hotels in Maluku experienced an increase of 2.94 points.
  • The room occupancy rate (TPK) for other accommodations in Maluku in February 2021 reached 12.25 percent, an increase of 0.31 points compared to January 2021.
  • There are no foreign guests staying at star hotels or other accommodations.
  • The average length of stay of domestic guests at star hotels in Maluku in February 2021 was 3.21 days, or an increase of 0.54 points compared to January 2021. When compared to the same period in 2020, there was an increase in the average length of stay of domestic guests of 1.40 points.
