Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistics of Maluku Tenggara Regency 2024

BPS - Statistics of Indonesia (BPS), as one of the public service providers that provides statistical data and information, always strives to provide excellent service to consumers. The Data Needs Survey (SKD) aims to obtain perceptions of consumer satisfaction for BPS's services, to identify the consumer's data needs, and perceptions of consumer satisfaction for quality of data produced by BPS. This publication provides a descriptive explanation of the performance of service units, anti-corruption behavior, data needs, and consumer satisfaction with BPS data quality. The Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) and the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK) are the main indicators presented in this publication.
