• The rise in a number of price indices across a number of expenditure categories is what caused inflation. The category of food, beverages, and tobacco saw the largest increase, 1.65 percent, with a CPI of 120.15.
• There are 85 different sorts of goods and services that go through price fluctuations, with food, drink, and tobacco making up the majority of these. Price rises were seen in 50 different categories of products and services, with women's clothes, broiled chicken eggs, grilled fish, anchovies, shallots, white snapper, house contracts, shallots, and tuna accounting for the majority of this month's inflation in Tual City.
• In contrast, prices fell for 35 different commodities and services in June 2022, with air travel, kale, cassava leaves, mackerel/lema, raw tofu, garlic, mustard greens, bean sprouts/sprouts, tempeh, and eggplant seeing the biggest drops.
